Since the year 1980, Pandemics killing a lot of people, but is it also propaganda and scare-tactics and psyops?!
1. **HIV/AIDS pandemic:** The HIV/AIDS pandemic has been ongoing since the early 1980s and continues to be a global health challenge. However, it is no longer classified as a pandemic in the sense that we use the term for other infectious diseases.
2. **SARS pandemic (2002-2003):** SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) was caused by a new coronavirus and spread to several countries. It was relatively limited compared to some other pandemics.
3. **H1N1 influenza pandemic (2009-2010):** This influenza pandemic was caused by a new strain of the H1N1 influenza virus and spread worldwide.
4. **Ebola Outbreaks (various occurrences):** Ebola virus disease, caused by the Ebola virus, has led to several outbreaks in different regions of Africa since the virus was first discovered in 1976. While not all of these outbreaks have been classified as pandemics in the same way as diseases like COVID-19, they have had significant regional and international impacts, with some reaching pandemic potential due to their potential for rapid spread and high mortality rates.
5. **Bird Flu (Avian Influenza) Outbreaks (various occurrences):** Avian influenza, or bird flu, has caused outbreaks among poultry and wild birds, with some strains having the potential to infect humans. While these outbreaks have not reached the global scale of other pandemics, they have raised concerns due to the potential for human transmission and significant economic impacts in the poultry industry.
6. **COVID-19 pandemic (from 2019 onwards):** The COVID-19 pandemic was caused by the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and began in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019. It spread worldwide and had a significant impact on global health and societies.
